This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver orders at Ripples International Limited.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather or peak seasons.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Any free shipping promotions and thresholds will be shown at checkout when they apply.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, stolen or delayed packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check around your delivery location and with neighbours, then contact your local courier. If you still can't locate it, email us at support@madebyripples.com and we'll do our best to help resolve it.
