Refund & Return Policy

At Ripples International Limited we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with any tags still attached.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To exercise this right, contact us at support@madebyripples.com before returning your item.
How to start a return
Email support@madebyripples.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Pierced jewellery, underwear, and personal care items once opened
- Custom or personalised products
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 14 days, first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider. If you've done this and still haven't received it, email us at support@madebyripples.com.
